If you have a photobucket account then it is possible to insert pictures.

It is NOT a good idea to do either of these things, particularly the last one as doing so allows your email address to be captured spam bots !

If you post a photo to your desktop first, you can easily upload a file from there to here. I know everybody uses phones, it's different.
I have never had a cell phone. I find the phone to be more of an interruption, than a convenience.
I am going to go out on a limb and say, sight unseen, it's not 40% silver.

    It's unlikely.

The 40% silver planchet was believed to have been shipped to Denver in an "empty" tote. It's unlikely any would get to Philly.

If the edge doesn't show dark color toward either obverse or reverse it is likely plated. If it still looks 40% to you then post a picture.

Only way to really tell for sure would be a specific gravity test. An XRF test might tell you but could possibly be fooled by silver plating.

I found a 1977 quarter the other day, and it is silver clad for sure... no doubt. Saw it immediately. Furthermore, it is over-struck and concave.

I'm going to risk it and say: No. No it's not. (silver)
As for the over struck that could be cool let's see a photo.
However, concave suggests PMD. (post mint damage)

    Very slightly underweight, not unusual.

Well within tolerance range for a copper nickel clad quarter.
