That one you're talking about that looks oblong. Has been hit all around the coin. It's called spooned job.
But what do you think whats wrong with the 64?
So it looks like an off-center strike, but not clipped. Is that a spoon-job ? Sorry now I see what you meant. It's an attempt at forging an error ?
