1976 cent Error or PMD?

    Hey all, I found this cent and want to know if the lack of detail is the result of a mint error or is PMD. Errors aren't my specialty, but I'm looking to increase my knowledge. What do you think?

    PMD - Post Mint Damage.
    Seems to be a type of Dryer coin.
    That means - Stuck in between the drum and the wall of a dryer and spun around many times.

    It's really caused from the coin being stuck in the wash machine . That why the coin looks bloated ...
