I believe only 5% of these 1993 Thomas Jefferson sets had star notes. It also contains the 1994 Jefferson matte finish nickel and Jefferson Commemorative silver dollar coin. The nickel is one of the keys to the Jefferson nickels set as only 167,703 were minted. So 8385 star notes would of been used.
