    I have one more question about .999 fine silver ‘U.S. President’ Proof Coin with "No President Face or Dollar Amount on the coin. What do I name this silver proof coin?

    It is not a coin. It was made by a private mint to sell to collectors.

    It might be silver, but the 100 MIL marking worries me. I would take that to mean that the piece is plated with 100 mils of .999 silver, in which case there would be very little silver.

    I would agree with Oldhoopster's assessment. the piece (Token) is probably plated with 100 mills of 999 silver.
