    I thought the second photo may have been of the moon until I scrolled down enough to see the date.

    Seriously though, have you yet considered damage that allows fresh metal to show? This would seem to be the logical approach...

    I thought that too and was gonna throw it out till I seen that there is a clear coat over all of it and there is not one ding on the side. I would figure that if it was that badly damaged it would at least have a ding on the side and holes in the clear coating stuff

    If you find damage allowing fresh metal to show "illogical", perhaps, instead of senseless memes, you're able to suggest a better explanation?
