This is a normal cent, so no real need to send this out to a TPG for grading and attribution. Besides, you could spend less to have one of the other optional services (Wexler, Potter, others) only it wouldn't be in a registry. When you get to the level of magnification above, small details are obscured by the pixilation. That said, the top photo I think bears out that this is a normal cent. There is space (see red arrow) between the counter and the inner curve. On the DDO cent (Wexler's Coins and Die Varieties (doubleddie.com)), there isn't any visible space (field) since the direction of the doubling moves towards the outer rim...essentially filling the space with the thickened letter.
