According to Fred Weinberg, who is the co-author of 100 Greatest U.S. Mint Error Coins" and "Error Coin Encyclopedia", Vols., III & IV as well as an authenticator for major mint errors, this is "common 'ejection' or mechanical doubling....not a doubled die.

    No.

Just speculation based upon photographs and the desire to "find" something.

It's time for an expert to view the coin in hand with, hopefully, a report back from the OP.

The question was asked: "Is It Worth Sending To A Error Expert"

    It's worth it to me.

thanks non cents, easy to see thoses images are from a loose die, very flat looking, no roundness, try to find something more early struck, or early stage of die, thanks again

What does die state have to do with it?

the 74 is in very early die state, nice tight, round tripling, and we all know, the later the die state, the more ware on the die shows, thats all, what do you think that other coin would grade, and lets talk the motto its showing, nothing like the one I posted
