Where do you see the Die Crack? The Reverse picture looks blurry but I kind of see the clash especially FDR's neck

Nice find. Roosies are usually not prone to many nice errors, especially finding them in circulation. It's a keeper for sure.

Really? I thought that was a shadow on the film from the 2x2 holder. Can you take it out of the 2x2 and take a better picture? Also.. Is the crack you say it has raised?

That looks suspiciously like some kind of glue Kevin.

I got a microscope and the obverse kind of looks like its a raised line more than a break. Like if a piece of metal was folded and then straightened

Sounds like a Bi-Level Die Crack.. Like this maybe - I want to share this webpage with you -

Yeah, that's what it looks like, just not as dramatic as the 1 in the pic. Thanks for the link!

The two clearly different surface appearances on each side of this supposed "crack" should suggest a much more likely alternative. Perhaps you could start with a little acetone.

    After an acetone dip!

Dip or soak? Regardless, there is an old saying that fits well here: "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again", perhaps with something else if you don't feel acetone worthwhile. Hell, take a popsicle stick to it or even a knife blade for that matter. Don't focus on the anomaly, but instead look at the big picture; evidence presented suggests it's nothing more than a substance on the coin or staining.
