As Chris said, to be a clash, you would to need see the images from the reverse. I don't see anything, but you have the coin in hand. Do you see anything that would be an EXACT match to the area on the reverse immediate opposite the marks you see? Www.error-ref.com is a good site that you can visit to explain this and many other types of errors. You should bookmark it to use if you have questions in the future.
