1973 (?) quarter, error I think?

    Are you sure the link I left has a broad strike example and it looks similar

    100%. I'd bet my reputation (what little i have here lol) that it isn't a broad strike

    SorenCoins - I understand why you think it's a Broadstrike but read the description on that website - Quote "Coin struck without a collar, thus when the coin is struck the metal is allowed to expand and increase in diameter. May be centered or uncentered, but must not have any missing lettering or design detail." closed quote. The picture of this quarter in question is missing plenty of lettering. This 25C is simply Post Mint Damage, not an error.

    This would be a true Broadtruck 25C which by the way is larger than a normal 25C

    Thank you, I will definetely take a look @ the website. I've had others tell me it looks like its been in a dryer for too long -there was another person w/ almost exact same quarter
