1973 D Doubled?

    OK guys couldn't sleep and found this one. Trust on obverse is MD I'm pretty sure but the back of 9 and 3 in date I'm not so sure. Numbers look doubled to me !     IMO it lools like Die Deterioration Doubling.

    See how it is not "adding" to the design but taking away? Not a true doubled die.

    I can see that being true on the TRUST. Would this be indicative of die deterioration ? The 3 in date looks nothing like the rest of coin!

    Yes. The 3 is just slightly less than the rest.
