1973 D double die

    so i was looking for a 1973 D coin roll hunting for my book and i found one but my grandma bought me one but forgot to tell me so she mailed me anyways i was going to send it to ANACS because it was BU but I was looking at it some more I realized it was a double die you can see it the best E in in God we trust

    The correct term is Doubled Die - I don't think this is a DD, could be a slight MD Machine Doubling. But don't take my word for it. Let the others look.

    I don't believe it is either. When you compare the second T in TRUST to the first T, you can see where the cross of the second T has been reduced in size by machine doubling. If is were a doubled die the size would be larger not smaller.
