    Not a DD, and not an RPM. I believe you are seeing DDD.

    Are you referring to the Mint Mark being Doubled Die? If you are then it's not possible because the Mint Marks were hand punched into the Obverse Die back then.

    Not sure why you weren't able to post close-ups of the MM and areas you are seeing doubling.
