Pretty sweet find! Do you ever send these in to a TPG? (If so) what is your success rate for getting the varieties attributed?

I thought I recognized it... I have one of those somewhere. I had these two listed as MD. First is 1972 second is 1975.

These are the only two other photos I have of them. I agree, knowing what I know now, that they are more than likely DDOs. If you notice, the word on the left (Republica) is pretty fat on both. I wonder if they once looked as awesome as your specimen and wore down, or something else.

 

From what Potter said, there's a ton of them ......

 

On the note of 1973 Colombia, what are your thoughts on this one? I unfortunately don't have a whole coin shot (I took these photos two years ago). I thought this might be an overdate.
