Closest to VV 006 but not a match IMO. The tail of the "S" in trust is distinctly separated from the first impression. Can't find same in 003 either, so ???
@dollar, is this a die gouge (raised) or just debris on the surface of the coin? If has its a raised device this is would be a-003. A 006 and a 003 are hard to differentiate on a circulated coin (wear, hits, etc...) JMHO
It is raised, but I don't believe it's a die gouge. Under the loupe it appears to have taken a hit that caused it to be raised...
