I think I see what you are seeing with the 2 in the date it does look doubled and struck through.I am new at this so I am probably wrong but I see what you are looking at but I don't see it anywhere else.

 

they, ( I think its a girl ) already know the date is a grease filled die, read post 11, their interested in whats going on with the rim ?

My comments were at the appearance of doubling on the 2 which is what the Title of the thread states yet folks insisted on commenting on the rim.
