1972 Penny - Error coin - Help ?

    I'm thinking a possibility of it being struck on Thin Planchet or a Split Planchet.. The weakend devices on both sides is similar to when it is not fully struck as a normal planchet.

    Can you weigh it?

    I'm curious on the weight as well. noting the way the letting goes along the edge and the weak strike as well.

    thin planchet intreasting it looks %100 man made to me but I am no expert it would also be nice to see the weigh never thought of that.

    I see it the circumference and flatness is basically the same as your true error example with of course more similarities.

    FYI.. It's just my opinion that it might be the type of Mint Error I am stating. I could be wrong ;)
