iam new to this bt can body tell me if this cen is dd date and the word liberty here is a scan of it i do not have coin camera yet which i going to buy one soon by the way any suggestions on a good one ?
Hard to tell from photo but, I don't think so. It is a slightly misaligned die strike. Not much added value. Still pretty cool
Hi Khalil, Welcome to Coin Talk, I also do not see any signs of DD on your coin. Nice photo for a scan. As far as camaras go, get one with a higher megapixels and the Macro Setting will work better for cropping and enlarging Photos. I use a Sony with 8.1 megapixel and it seems to be quite sufficent.

There are lots of books I'm sure. The "Whitman Red Book" is a good one to start with if you don't already have a copy. Here are some websites that have some good info. I save these to my favorite when ever I come across one in a thread.
