Despite all the circulation damage it's still worth one dollar.

    $1
There may be a "slight" premium for the old style large dollar coins,
but in that condition it's not worth chasing after an extra nickel or a dime.

"IF" , and there is no way to tell based on your small blurry picture, you have a Type 2, that could be worth more than face value. Otherwise, $1.

Maybe $1.25 at a coin shop. Otherwise, like everyone else said- $1.

Yes Furry Frog makes a good point. There are (3?) varieties for that year Philly.
The good variety would be worth more. Need a large/ clear photo of the reverse.

After going through $260 in quarter rolls, nothing special found. But I did get the super clean 1991 Quarter. Probably nothing special about it, but I just thought it looked good for being 28 years old. 20190828_182933.jpg 20190828_182909.jpg

Looks good for its age but only worth a quarter.

Not as good as this one which is 32 years older than yours! PhotoEditor_20190902_202937521.jpg PhotoEditor_20190902_203028211.jpg

When taking pictures lay the coin down on a flat surface and use something like a book or tripod to hold the camera/phone steady. Use 1 or 2 lights at 10 and 2 o'clock. Finally because they are digital don't be afraid to delete blurry pictures and re take them until you get one in focus. It makes it a lot easier for folks to evaluate the coin. Happy hunting!
