    Yeah, it's probably glue. You can remove it with acetone.

    Definitely not glue it’s an imprint from the back of another coin maybe but that’s definately part of the planchette

    Your first clue as to weather or not a Mint error would be the backwards lettering.

    It's glue or just damage from being smashed into another coin. No extra value.

    It's a very strong adhesive.. There is no such error known.
