1972 Kennedy DDO? Need Help ID'ing

Sorry for all the pictures. I wanted to give you different lighting, focus and angle shots. My setup here is rudimentary.

I'd say it looks like it, can definitely see some splitting on many of the letters.

 

Nice hub doubling on "WE TRUST". Is there any on "IN GOD"?

I haven't confirmed this, but it indeed reminds me of FS-101 (which, if memory serves me, is the same as Paddy said).

 

That's what was surprising. Virtually nothing on IN GOD or the date. The "WE TRUST" is what jumped out at me.

 

You know, I thought about that kid, I laughed about him and then I forgot about him!

 

Now if it was only 65 or better.

 

Especially if better as that's where the $$$$ is.

I’m not sure after looking at your photos if your half dollar matches the 72 DDO-001 (FS-101). Here are a couple of photos of the DDO-001 that may help you decide. Note the G of GOD and the tops of the U in TRUST.
