hey guys. Hope your Friday is going well. I went to Win Dixie and grabbed a couple penny rolls to check out. Ya, I know, this is the only place I can admit this without being called pathetic. Anyway, you know I'm still new and a lot of this comes down to the eye and opinion of the vets around here. This is kind of the source for pannys. This 1972 popped out a bit at me without even using the loupe. Looking closer, this sort of looks like the pics of the small date....I like to call them funky date 72. What do you think? All in fun!

I found this one just now in the same roll. At least it's a 1982! Come on! I can take a newbie beating when deserved. IMG_2096.JPG

The one cent that was made or found was a 1982D small date, They made lots of 82P small dates. 1 Coin Found in 35 years.

It's still pretty neat even if not the right mint. When I put it right next to another one, even with my phone camera you can see a difference in the sizes and shape of the date. I know, not anything cool but to me it's fun to see

The left looks to my bad eyes as a small date philly mint worth a Cent.
