IF DDO #2 (AKA: FS 104 - I cannot say for sure without proper photos of the entire coin), the coin would not the the "third best" 72 DDO. In fact FS 104 is more rare than the "big one" and this would make a fine example for a variety collector. If this variety, slabbing may be worth considering even if only to make the coin more liquid. If this variety and the OP knows someone who he could piggyback a submission, considering his probable investment of face value, it would be worth the sub fee and $10 attribution fee to NGC (PCGS may be pushing it, but to each their own). In an open forum such as this, opinion can be expressed by anyone regardless of their knowledge and/or experience. It only takes looking through a small number of threads to see that there are a large number of off-the-cuff opinions made yet are stated as fact.
