How can cents have collar clashes if they don't have a reeded edge.

 

what people call "railroad rim" is a collar clash, from the third die, or collar around the coin that causes the rim in minting, or stamping the coin??

That's incorrect.

Partial Collar errors are also known as railroad rims. A collar clash is a different error.
