1972 D Quarter is this a clash or something else?

    Obverse looks normal, and at first I thought the reverse had a struck through grease or just worn out. But there are designs and I am just confused. I tried to get pictures in different lights and angles to catch the "thingies" 20220806_205145.jpg 20220806_205447.jpg 20220806_205235.jpg

    weird. Almost makes me wonder if it went a quick round with a small wire buffing wheel. I'm going to have to vote for damage on this one, but I'm definitely not an expert. I'll be curious to see what the real ones say.

    Idk what this either, but I spotted this a few days ago on my penny and then looked on other coins at random, they ALL have this on them. Even old ones.
