    Looks like machine doubling on the date and maybe some DDD. (Die deterioration doubling)

    Looks like a well circulated coin struck from worn dies. Could be some obverse master hub doubling. Scroll to the bottom and read the WMDO-01.

    FYI, that is worthless doubling if in fact that is what it is. But the pictures are a little blurry.
