1971-S Silver Ike DDO

    Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

    Got this one in a box with others at an estate sale but didn't realize it was DDO until I got it home. Strong doubling of "IGWT" & date with what looks like a triple spread on the N. Slab worthy???

    IMHO I believe that's it's MD I see doubling on other parts of the coin as well JMO nice coin though.

    No I think I see split serifs.

    Not MD, definitely a DDO Split serifs clearly visible bottom left foot of N in IN, serifs of T in TRUST, bottom serifs of T in TRUST, and bottom of R in TRUST in second picture (you may have to enlarge it image.)

    That's what I want to hear. I was pretty sure this wasn't MD with those splits.

    Master hub doubling. No premium.
    Save your money on those grading fees.
