    What you have is a slight Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse. A very common occurrence on Cents minted in the 50's 60's and 70's... It's a minor error
    Is there anything else you are seeing on your Cent?

    Also.. the missing or faded L in the word LIBERTY could be a result of the Misaligned Die Strike since it's near the edge.. or it could be caused by what is called a Struck Through Grease Strike. If grease or/and particles get into the incused area of the striking die then the image/numerals/lettering on the surface of the Cent looks that way
