1971 D possible DDO

Still going through my first half dollar box and I found another possible DDO. I looked at variety vista but I'm not good at matching that stuff up. Is it one or am wrong (most likely the latter).

To me it looks like common Die Deterioration doubling.

The 1984-P looks like a doubled die to me. I see doubled serifs on "IN" and the "G" in "GOD".

 

Looks like a worn die to me.
