Look at the closure of the loop of the 9. Side by side you can see the 9 is very much more closed on the small date. Next, compared to the large date, the 7 actually looks higher than the 0. There is the pup of the weak lettering, but the easiest to spot is the 9. It&#039;s a tough find. I cannot tell you how many rolls I have gone through looking for one.
