    is this a RPM or MD it look's like the photo in ngc coin variety

    From my understanding usely when the MM and Date are Doubled it's MD, in your case imo it's MD.

    +1 for MD.
    Your coin looks to be MD due to the date and MM having the same amount and direction of shift/movement. And it really has no numismatic value with it's condition problems.

    The advice about the date and mint mark applies to coins up to about 1989, after that they had completed the process of putting the mint mark on the master die. After it could occur and still not be a DD, you just have to recognize it by other factors. The only coin I know with a DDO and a RPM is the 1960 sm/lg date D/D cent.

    ...Air causing oxidation of the copper molecules at the surface of the copper coin.

    Environmental damage, corrosion from chemical contamination, excessive heat...there’s a lot for copper to react to...Spark
