1970 S Lincoln floating roof?

    A 1970s Lincoln with floating roof and partial designer initials or weak strike? Is this considered a weak strike or just wear? Thanks again..

    The "floating roof" is usually ascribed to die polishing. Some of the partial designer initials could be from the same thing. Wait for more posts...

    1969 and 1970 are the years Floating Roofs are associated with. Over-polished Die is the answer.
