1970 S Lincoln Cent question

Please look at this vent on rev. Is this PMD? I can’t really tell if it’s an extra piece or a hit that has moved the field. Thanks!

It’s a deep gouge from a hit that moved the metal…imo…Spark

btw, with the corrosion, damage and wear this is a spender.

 

I see it as just damage.
