In every case, your suggestion is making somebody responsible for making all those decisions.</p><p><br /></p><p>And are you also aware that on a forum like this, the forum itself never bears any legal responsibility for what people post here. <u>BUT - every individual does bear personal legal responsibility for everything they say and do.</u> So if you&#039;re the one doing this judging of items offered - then you personally could be sued if you remove a listing. YOU have to be the one to decide, to judge if it is what they say it is, and if you are willing to buy it.
