1970 quarter die crack?

Is that a die crack it's cool looking

I don't believe I see a die crack but there seems to be some die chips or IDB's on the Tip of the arrows.

I think I see what you're talking about.

From the tail to the bunch of arrows
AND
From the branch to the top of the "Q".

Now my question is, "Is it a die scratch?"
If it were a die crack I would expect to see on the devices between the two areas that I mentioned.
BUT with the wear on the coin the evidence could have been worn off.
