I was handed down some proof sets from my Grandfather about 10 years ago. I was looking thru them and found a 1970 Proof Set with Uncirculated Coins from the Denver and Philadelphia mints.
The Philadelphia group of coins contains a Roosevelt Dime with No-S
What would this set be worth?

That's not a proof set it's a mint set and the dime is normal.

Agreed, sorry, that's a mint set, not proof set. Depending on large or small set, PCGS lists them at 20 and 58 dollars respectively. I'd guess you could maybe get 5-10 for it, but I didn't check eBay for historic sales.

Don't listen to this it's worth more than that OP. The 1970 mint set is the only place to get the 1970-D Kennedy half dollar. That half dollar is also 40% silver, but they also carry a numismatic premium due to the limited mintage. There is also a large/small date 1970 S lincoln cent that maybe present a google search will show you what to look for. These go for roughly $15-20 according to Ebay sales prices depending on the condition of the half dollar.
