I can't say this any other way. The only error is in thinking this coin is an error. I mean no offense but it's definitely damaged.
I think it was so dirty some one cleaned it with an electric wire wheel. I can see some of that hard black corrosion left inside some of the designs. And the edge has marks where it had been held with pliers. JMO Any Doubling you see is where the brush did not hit the coin due to the design.
