Your pics are very good but there appears to be a spot of some sort that is blocking the view of the entire MM. So, I cannot say for sure. To add, mint marks cannot be doubled, just re-punched as they were hand punched into the die before 1991 and not a part of the original die. Wait a bit and see if someone else can see this better than myself.
