The packager then loads the coins for the sets into the packaging equipment and occasionally, mistakes occur.</p><p><br /></p><p>I recall reading where one lady received &quot;2&quot; 1970-S Cents in her 1970 Mint Set and one of the coins was a Small Date while the other was the RPM!
