Hello all, I am interested in knowing if this dime. Would be considered an error coin?.Or is it just. A week dye on obverse and reverse of the coin. Any info would be great. 20220325_235706.jpg 20220325_235738.jpg

Hey Jimmy! Just a wild guess but looks like Post Mint Damage. Cause? Unknown to me, anyways, but this didn't happen at the Mint. JMPO

There’s a pro and a con here on grease/debris filled dies:

Pro: You would think the rims would also be affected by extreme heat in the same areas.

Con: There are ripples in the surface where there are no places for debris to fill; flat surfaces with no design elements.
