There are 2 "doubled" die obverse varieties for the 1969 S penny.

 

There's a possibility that your coin is the first ddo you posted. But we need better pics. If you have a loupe, put it up to the lens on your camera (without scratching it) and take a picture.

 

Is the 2nd photo in Post #5 your coin?

well, if your coin is the 2nd one in post 5 then yes you have a ringer.. the rest of the pictures I can tell you that you have a 1969S Cent. Not clear enough to distinguish anything. Now, granted I am not an expert on this coin but I have seen 3 of them in person. (REAL ONES)

. 1983-P DDR- Under all the S,T, and E are dubbed. The A is dubbed.

 

Perhaps you are not ready, especially if you see doubling on the wrong part of the 1983 DDR, a book is a terrible thing to waste.

Or you are looking for minor doubled dies.
