1969 Washington quarter error spitting eagle

I found this coin in a roll today ...I was wondering if this 1969 Washington quarter with the spitting eagle is there valire in this coin at all court find anything on a 1969 spitting eagle......anyone with any info on this coin

Looks more like a drooling eagle. PMD IMO.

 

I'd like to see a photo taken directly above and centered on the Eagles beak. Also a photo from the left and right sides would be helpful.

 

Thanks. On the original photos it appears to be possible butbon these last 2 photos it appears to be a stain in that area. A spitting eagle should show in all directions but overhead it's just not there that I can see. Wait for others to chime in.
