    FG is their but its tiny. And over lapping and the F is smaller than the G .. Is this normal?

    It looks perfectly normal to me. For whatever reason, the DI is often weak on coins on this date/era. In particular the 69-D can often be found with incomplete to nearly non-existent designer's initials.
