You don't need a second post. Sometimes you have to wait a while for an answer. A second post will not speed things up.
It looks perfectly normal to me. For whatever reason, the DI is often weak on coins on this date/era. In particular the 69-D can often be found with incomplete to nearly non-existent designer's initials.
