    Nice toning but rim nicks, no FS and a few other problems, places the worth about $.10 in my book. Oh yeah, look at the total minted.

    The problem is, (yes it's a nice looking coin). Even if it were to grade (XF/AU) and there may be a price guide price listed as 15 cents or whatever, as mentioned,
    it's a very common coin and there's just no market for it. If you like it, put it in a 2x2 to protect it and save it. It's basically face value. It only costs a nickel to save it, so if you like it, etc.

    She's a beauty. Shame about those nicks on the steps though. That really knocks it down in my book.

    Very few Jefferson nickels have any value over face. Try for these:
    And even some of these, excellent condition is required. There are some valuable varieties not listed. 1955 D over S, 1943 over 2, 1941 large S, etc.
