Found this1969 today. At first the 9 on 1969 ooks like a 9. Then after taking pictures it looks like a 7. Sometimes a 5. Does it look altered?
For $10 PCGS will photograph your piece but no amount of photography will make a beat up coin look good. For $20 they'll grade your piece ($20 + $10) And for $18 they'll attribute it if its a "known" and "documented" variety. If it is not a "known: and "documented" variety AND it is so minor that 99.9% of the folks on a Coin Forum can't see what it is, then they just take your $18 and say thank you. PCGS does NOT identify "new" varieties unless they are obvious. In short, they'll take as much money as you want to throw at them but they'll simply not go out of their way to identify indistinct and unidentifiable varieties of common coins. Sometimes it's financially prudent to listen when folks offer their opinions.
You're "Good Fortune" in finding so many of these is a sure tell that you're really not finding anything other than common machine doubling which is so prevelant on the 1969-S Lincolns. All coin shown below are different coins.
Well, after this post it appears that you're simply trolling since you know perfectly well that San Francisco did not produce any Memorial Cents until 1968. Enjoy your day.
