When you have the same "doubled look" to the date and mintmark, in the period when MM's were hand-punched into the dies, you can be fairly sure that it is machine doubling or a deteriorated die issue. Just an FYI, these coins are extremely rare. There are estimated to be less than 100 made. That means you would have to search through 5443750 1969 s pennies to find a single DDO variety. That's a 0.0018% chance you will find one on any given 1969 s cent.

While your photos are clear and well lit, even breaking my neck to view them correctly, I can't see any letters or numbers that I could tell one way or the other. It would help if you orientated them correctly and had close-ups of the areas you want us to look at.
