1969 Lincoln Cent Mint Mark

Question, How close can a Mint Mark be from the date. I understand that they were hand punched in the die. Does anyone have one that the mint mark is actually touching the date? Came across this 69 while going through some rolls. Thanks in advance

It is normal. It's not that close to the date.
But I understand your question. I think I have seen mint marks that were punched closer.

 

That doesn't look like it is that close to me. I've seen ones that are closer than that.
