1969 D doubling?

    It looks like there are definitely two Ds on mintage and his neck looks doubled ? And ear to?

    It would help if your image was clearer. When I try to enlarge it, it is way too blurry. The mintmark could be an RPM, but not a doubled die. All mintmarks were hand-punched into the working dies until about 1990.
