I just found this 1969 Cent in my pocket change. it is missing the FG, has the floating Roof and the reverse is misaligned at around 1 o'clock.

The Floating Roof/missing FG was declassified as an error. It's just a result of an over polished die. I don't see a Misaligned die strike.

Paddyman98 is the misaligned reverse common or is it a rare find

The coin is mounted on a flip the flip is aligned with a verticle line showing that the flip is being aligned with the straight line. so when i show the obverse it is showing lincolns head in a verticle alignment i flip the flip over to the reverse and line up the flip with the verticle line and you can see that the reverse is misaligned. the flip is not being rotated to make it look misaligned

I think you mean "rotated dies" and not "misaligned"? Liberty is not level in the obverse image so it's not as rotated as you think. I don't think it's rotated enough to generate much interest.

    KBBPLL,
the black line on the left side is a straignt verticle line. the left side of the flip is lined up with the verticle line showing that the flip is not rotated at all so lincoln is straight with the line and so is the reverse. to bad you cant see that personally. thanks for correcting me on the rotated die. but yes it is rotated as much as i say.

The word LIBERTY needs to be level with the bottom, or perpendicular to the line you are referencing. It is not. It's rotated 5-10 degrees counterclockwise. If you rotate the obverse 5-10 degrees clockwise to accurately level the obverse, the reverse rotates 5-10 degrees counterclockwise, lessening the rotation you are perceiving. People often try to "level" the portrait on coins when judging rotations, which is subjective, instead of fixed points that define "level" in the design. Regardless, your rotation is not extreme enough.

Question? Isn't there a template for this? Am I wrong. I saw something years ago somewhere.

Remember condition is the key to your find. Primo examples go for Primo money. What is the grade of your coin?

I don't recall seeing any sort of template. In many cases use the reverse. Here the memorial is "level"; on Indian Head cents "one cent" is level but leveling the obverse is a crap shoot. Etc.

It’s not a mint error but it was caused by an over polished die so it’s a variety.
